1. Definitions

1.1 Site means the website published at stoliohotels.com. House, we and us mean Stolio Hotels in Fagernes, Norway. You means any person who accesses the Site. Content means all text, images and design published on the Site.

2. Acceptance

2.1 By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

3. Purpose of the Site

3.1 The Site presents the House and its rooms, kitchen and amenities. It is informational. Room availability, arrangements and nightly rates are confirmed directly with the House at the time of booking and are not published on the Site.

3.2 The enquiry form is a convenience that produces an on-screen confirmation only. Submitting it does not create a reservation and does not oblige the House to hold a room until we confirm in writing.

4. Use of Content

4.1 The Content is owned by the House or its licensors and is provided for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish or exploit the Content without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

5.1 You agree not to misuse the Site, not to attempt to disrupt it, and not to use it in any unlawful way.

6. The gaming room

6.1 The evening gaming room is an amenity for house guests aged 18 and over. Its use is subject to the house rules displayed at the room and to the discretion of the House. Nothing on the Site is an inducement to play.

7. No warranty

7.1 The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to keep it accurate, we do not warrant that it is free of error or always available.

8. Liability

8.1 To the extent permitted by law, the House is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

9.1 These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and the Norwegian courts have jurisdiction.
